Landlord Rakesh Patel: A Best and Thus Highly Recommended Landlord in the Town

A year ago, myself and 5 of my friends started our search for a nice yet affordable home in Docklands. As tenants, we had to consider a thousand different things before renting a home. What will be the cost of electricity, how rude or nice would the landlord be, all in all, we wanted an affordable and lavish place for ourselves. It was through our friends that we came to know about renting a home from the biggest property, Tycoon and HMO Landlord Rakesh Patel.

We found several houses via Reiss-Samuels. Our experience with this company was excellent and living in Rakesh Patel’s house for 2 academic years. I will not be exaggerating if I say that he was truly a blessing and a very generous and caring landlord. We did not face any considerable problems during our stay. The company and even the landlord Rakesh Patel were super responsive in case of any issues faced by us. 

Though our guarantors had the suspicion that the paperwork while renting the property was excessive and long, who would spend his important time in reading long agreement details and signing every small detail, we understood that in such expensive deals, paperwork had to be lengthy and time taking to prevent future disputes, claims, and counterclaims. 

We had moved into Tycoon Rakesh Patel’s HMOs from North Greenwich, where we earlier had a residence in Scape in North Greenwich. At that time, we were going through a financial crisis and even had to take loans from our bank to pay the outrageous rent.

On average we save from £80 to even £100 a week.  A major part of this saving comes from the very low rent of our comparatively better house than before and the low cost of electricity. Above all, there are no hidden charges that we have to pay the company. We lived in comfort with Mr Rakesh Patel.

What comforts us the most is that our landlord is a very humble person. We can even call him in the middle of the night; he picks up the phone and responds immediately to our issues. You can text him, call him directly or contact him on WhatsApp; he is quick to give a response.
